Coverage includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
🕒 Warranty Period
The warranty period varies by product category and is stated in your product manual or invoice. Typical durations are:
- Motorized Treadmills: 1–3 years
- Exercise Equipment: 1 year
- Accessories: 6 months
Note: Warranty starts from the date of purchase, not the registration date.

- Register your product using the Dyrect warranty form.
- Ensure all product details are accurate (model number, serial number, purchase date).
- Upload a valid purchase invoice (PDF or clear image).
- If service is needed, contact our support team and provide the Dyrect registration reference.
