At Cockatoo, we stand behind the quality of our fitness and sports equipment. By registering your product with Dyrect, you ensure access to hassle-free warranty service, faster support, and peace of mind.

Coverage includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

🕒 Warranty Period

The warranty period varies by product category and is stated in your product manual or invoice. Typical durations are:

  • Motorized Treadmills: 1–3 years
  • Exercise Equipment: 1 year
  • Accessories: 6 months

Note: Warranty starts from the date of purchase, not the registration date.

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
  • Electrical or power surge damage
  • Accidental or weather-related damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

📝 Warranty Service Process

  1. Register your product using the Dyrect warranty form.
  2. Ensure all product details are accurate (model number, serial number, purchase date).
  3. Upload a valid purchase invoice (PDF or clear image).
  4. If service is needed, contact our support team and provide the Dyrect registration reference.

  • Only products purchased from authorized sellers are eligible.
  • Retain your invoice as proof of purchase—it is required for any claim.
  • Service requests without registration or valid proof of purchase may be denied.
