- It has a 1.2 mm diamond knurl, a standard knurl allowing for an easy, comfortable grip. 50 mm sleeve diameter.
- The 5 Ft EZ CURL BAR has 2 Needle bearings and 2 bronze bushings to provide minimal but smooth rotation.
